The New River Gorge Bridge is located about 30 minutes south of Summersville . On u.s.rt 19,visitors centers will be on your left.Just follow the signs. You cant miss it. If you want to cross the bridge,you can turn around about 1/4 mile past or you will wind up in the town of Fayetteville. National Park Service visitors’ center.

I grabbed my camera and my best girl.I Packed a picnic basket and headed out to the lake for a day in the sun.It was a beautiful day.Sunny and temperature 80 degrees.The lake was teaming with boats,jet skis and swimmers. As usual everone was having a time.Here are a few photos from that day.Enjoy
