Chef Joe Re, former proprietor of Smokey’s On The Gorge was voted by the Food Network as one of the Top 10 Best Restaurants in the country. Now Chef Re has has opened his new restaurant Dominic’s Italian Chop House in downtown Summersville, WV, where he shares his Italian recipes which have been handed down for generations.
Chef Re hand selects the freshest ingredients to go into his signature dishes, which he describes as traditional Italian food with a modern twist. His down home Italian dishes would make his grandmother proud.
Our menu offers freshly made pasta and sauces that you can combine to create on your own dish, hand cut steaks of the highest quality beef, and signature dishes straight from Italy.
Start your meal out with pan fried gorgonzola polenta followed by a field green salad with mozzarella croutons. For your main course try one of our signature dishes like our popular Chicken
Saltimbocca, a grilled chicken breast layered with prosciutto, basil and provolone cheese topped with pesto cream served on a bed of linguine.
Make sure you save room for our made from scratch desserts like Red Raspberry Tiramisu.
